Refund policy

At Dewar Dabbles, we strive to offer great customer service and satisfaction. However, we appreciate that sometimes things don't go to plan. If there is a problem with your order, then please get in touch keeping in mind the following returns policy :-

• All requests for returns or exchange must be submitted to us within 14 days of receiving the items with photographic evidence if applicable.
• You must have proof of purchase from us.
• Goods must be returned to us in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.
• Please note that for returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the organisation and delivery of returning the items to us at your own expense. We also recommend that you secure adequate insurance for the delivery back to us as we cannot refund items damaged via a return delivery.
  
• Once we have received the returns, we will then process the refund. 
• Returns will not be accepted without prior consent from Dewar Dabbles.
