Shipping policy
Please note that currently we ship to the UK only (excluding Northern Ireland). If you wish to purchase from us for delivery to a Channel Islands address, please get in touch. Currently we do not ship outside of the UK.
Delivery charges :-
- Orders under £50 - £5.99 delivery fee
- Orders over £50 - Free
We tend to use either DPD or Royal Mail as our couriers, however depending on availability we may on rare occasions use other couriers. Courier tracking information will be emailed on the day of dispatch. If you have not received an email, please check your spam/junk folder. Please ensure that someone is able to receive the delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Estimated length of delivery is usually 2-3 days, however please keep in mind that this is just an estimation and may vary especially during busy seasonal times.
Please be aware that we can’t be held liable if the address entered at checkout is incorrect or missing information which leads to a delayed, missing or failed delivery.
